The reason why is "ambulance" spelt with mirror writing in front of an ambulance van?

May you often to see the ambulance in the road, yes this is the public vehicle that help people to take a person that in emergency time. But maybe you a little bit confused and want to know, why is "ambulance" spelt with mirror writing in front of an ambulance van? Like this picture…

Why people make it like that? Is it will readable if written mirror like that? Or it will be difficult to read? And why the mirror written just find in the front of the vehicle? After I read some article in the internet I had find the reason of this case, you know that Ambulance usually drive with very fast speed because it take a sick person in that van. Ambulance van will always honks the horn or hits the sirens to the vehicle in front of them because it have to arrived to the destination place as fast as it can. It hard to the person who drive the vehicle in front of the Ambulance to read the text in front of the van, then the driver can look in their ‘rear view mirror’ and it is seen as "ambulance” so the driver won't have to spend a minute figuring out what it says, the driver would just pull over.

Okay now we know the reason why is "ambulance" spelt with mirror writing in front of an ambulance van. That’s all about the information. I hope it will give new knowledge for you ^^

Waterfront City “Alun alun kapuas” in Pontianak

Afternoon guys, where do you live? If you live in Indonesia or maybe you want to visit my hometown, Pontianak City. Here I’m, I want to tell you about the nice place that you can go to, to have some hangouts with your friends or your family.

The place is ‘Alun alun Kapuas’ or people here usually called it ‘Korem’. When you happen to be in Pontianak city and have tight budgets for afternoon or night out, you can go to this place. This recreational park is located on Rahadi Usman street, Exactly in front of the office of Mayor of Pontianak. This ‘Alul alun kapuas’ is actually a park in the banks of the river with lots of sitting spot for viewing the river or just for a picnic with your family. In the evening boat trips on the great Kapuas River depart from. Cruise up and down the river watching the people who live on or beside it - there are some beautiful (and funny) things to see. Prices seem to vary with the number of people on board. You can see the Kapuas river scenery from the river bank, that will show us the transportation boat that across the river. Here you also can see the replica of the equator monument, the real one us actually not too far away but you have to cross the river first. In Alun-alun Kapuas you can also find a fountain water. You can enjoy the fountain water that will start from 5 p.m, it will dance by followed the some music play. It will be more interesting at night because the dancing fountain water will have colorful light.

You can also walk around this park and find a lot of people sell a lot of thing, like food, clothes, shoes, a play stuff for your children and even electronic stuff, of course you can do bargain with the seller here :D. Unfortunately the setting of this kind of market, haven’t yet so neat so maybe you will confuse about the road a long this park. Hope the government will fix the set of this place as fast as they can.

Okay guys, that’s about Alun alun kapuas. If you have no other place to go and in need of some outdoor space, this could be your spot, but don’t leave your child unsupervised. Because there will be a lot of people who want to enjoy this place too, moreover in the Saturday night. Bye and have a nice day~ ^^

How to Stay Healthy in Small Ways

There are some of simple steps to make you healthy :)

 Step 1
Drink water in the morning after getting up and right before bed.  It's been a lot of work for your body to keep you going all day long, and it needs some water to get you through another day and prevent sickness.
  • Note: Drinking water right before bed may cause you to wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet, and/or urinate in your bed.
Step 2
When you are waiting for a bus or a ride to work or school every morning, try stretching. It gets your blood flowing and makes you feel more awake.

Step 3
Take some nice breaths of air when outside. Not only does it smell fresh, but it feels like it rejuvenates you. Don't hyperventilate, though, as it will make you pass out. Breath steadily.

Step 4
Eat breakfast. Everyone should, but if you can't because of a crazy schedule, keep a jar of raisins or other dried fruit within quick reach so if you are in a hurry you can grab a handful and run.

Step 5
Keep your shoulders back when you walk. It boosts your confidence, which in turn raises your self esteem.

Step 6
When you're doing laundry, see how many times you can lift the detergent bottle. Try to set a goal to lift more than your usual number.

Step 7
Channel surf when you're watching television and a commercial break comes on. It means you won't be tempted to go get an unhealthy snack. If you really do get hungry during a commercial break, keep something healthy like Wheat Thins or an apple.

Step 8
Get in a healthy routine because once you're stuck in it, you will be able to determine what might not be the best thing for you. It may be a snack offered to you that is full of sugar and preservatives, or cutting corners with work.

Step 9

Take more trips. In other words, if you have to bring the two garbage cans to the road make two trips to the curb, instead of one carrying both cans at the same time. A little more walking never hurt. Also, you can park farther away from the store Not only will you not have to fight for a space but parking so far away will result in more walking to and fro.

Step 10
Keep yourself clean. Chipped nail polish has never looked good, no one likes body odor, and your ears should not be filled with wax.

Step 11
Pace around when you talk on the phone so you are up and walking around. Also, it has been found that it helps you focus on your conversation.

Step 12
Bend at your knees and not your waist when you drop something. That's what your knees are there for.

Step 13
Use hand sanitizer when you can't wash your hands. Always wash your hands before eating.

What is ICT?

Stands for Information and Communication Technologies. ICT  refers to technology that provide access to information through  telecommunication. It is similar to Information Technology(IT), but focuses primarily on communication technologies. his includes the Internet, wireless networks, cell phones, and other communication mediums.
In the past few decades, information and communication technologies have provided society with a vast array of new communication capabilities. For example, people can communicate in real-time with others in different countries using technologies such as instant messaging, voice over IP (VoIP), and video-conferencing. Social networking websites like Facebook allow users from all over the world to remain in contact and communicate on a regular basis.
Modern information and communication technologies have created a "global village," in which people can communicate with others across the world as if they were living next door. For this reason, ICT is often studied in the context of how modern communication technologies affect society.
